Some rings begin with months of planning. The Embrace began with a deadline. Our client contacted Amana Engagement from Texas with an urgent request: he was preparing to leave for a vacation where he planned to propose, and he wanted something far more personal than an engagement ring pulled from a showcase.

He needed the ring designed, completed, and somehow delivered to him while he was already traveling. So we got to work — a custom oval engagement ring and a diamond wrap designed to fit around it as one complete composition.

With his proposal approaching quickly, traditional delivery simply wasn't enough. Amana Engagement coordinated the completed ring to arrive directly at his hotel, quickly and discreetly. The timing mattered. The privacy mattered. And above everything else, the moment he was planning mattered.

The ring arrived where it needed to be. And the proposal was magical. She said yes.

He came to us with a vision that other jewelers had turned away. Parts of his idea had been rejected before, but at Amana Engagement, we chose to listen first. We listened to their love story, the way they connected, and the details of their heritage and relationship that made their bond unique.

On their first date, the couple painted a magnolia flower together — and we incorporated that exact flower into the basket of the ring as a hidden symbol of where their story began.

That hidden motif transforms the ring from beautiful to deeply personal. It is not just a custom engagement ring — it is a reflection of their history, their connection, and the moments that shaped their relationship. Today, that ring rests on her finger.

Our client wanted a custom engagement ring that felt rich in history without simply copying an antique design. The starting point was the depth and texture of traditional European engraving, but the goal was to reinterpret that old-world craftsmanship through Mexican culture and symbolism — a celebration of love, heritage, and the beauty found in deeply personal details.

Roses were worked throughout the design as a symbol of love, beauty, devotion, and cultural richness. Around them, flowing vines, botanical details, and pomegranate-inspired elements add depth and symbolism — abundance, legacy, and the continuation of family, engraved in gold.

La Rosa is a new heirloom — created for one love story, with roots that reach much further back.
