These terms govern your use of this website and the commissioning of custom jewelry from Amana Engagement. The short version: we commit to what we say, and we ask the same of you.
The design process
Custom work begins after your consultation and design approval. You approve the final design — rendered, in front of you — before crafting begins. Changes requested after approval may affect the timeline and price, and we'll tell you exactly how before proceeding.
Quotes & payment
Your quote is built to your stated budget and itemized plainly — no “starting at” games. A deposit confirms your commission and reserves your production slot; the balance is due before delivery. Deposit amounts and schedules are stated on your quote.
Timeline commitments
When we commit to a proposal date, we build the production schedule backward from it. If anything threatens that date, we tell you immediately — not at the deadline.
Ownership & designs
Your finished ring is yours. Design files, renders, and CAD created during the process remain the work of Amana Engagement and are never reused for another client's ring — one of one means one of one.
Certification
Center stones are delivered with their grading reports. Precious metal content is as stated on your invoice.
Limitation & disputes
Specific legal provisions — liability limits, governing law, dispute resolution — to be completed with counsel before publication.
