Draft for legal review — effective date to be set

We ask personal questions — about her, about your plans, about your budget — because that's how the ring gets designed. Here is exactly what we do with what you tell us, in plain language.

What we collect

Your name and contact details when you book a consultation. The details you share about your partner, your story, and your budget. Design files created for your ring (sketches, renders, CAD). Order, payment, and delivery information when you commission a piece.

How we use it

To design your ring, to communicate with you about your consultation and order, and to deliver on your date. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your story, your partner's details, or your design files with anyone outside the team working on your ring.

Discretion around the proposal

Proposals depend on secrecy, and we treat yours accordingly. We coordinate deliveries discreetly, we won't reference your order in any communication your partner might see, and we never publish a ring, a story, or a photograph before the proposal has happened — and only ever with your permission.

Marketing

We only feature your ring or your story with your written consent, after the yes. You can opt out of emails at any time — there's an unsubscribe link in every one.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and a person — not a form — will handle it.

Questions

If anything here is unclear, ask. Education is how we work; that applies to privacy too.
